The President of Nasrul-Lahi-l-Fatih, (NASFAT), Alhaji Yusuf Olaniyi, has urged all members across the country to get their Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC).
Disclosing this during a courtesy visit to Owutu Branch on Isawo Road Ikorodu, Lagos on Sunday May 17, 2022, Alhaji Olaniyi noted that the PVC is “a powerful tool in voting wisely and electing good leaders”.
“In oder to vote wisely and elect good leaders in 2023, we all need to get a PVC. It is a powerful tool in the hands of the voters,” Olaniyi admonished the congregation.
He also appreciated all the Owutu Branch members for their overwhelming support towards the growth and development of the society.
The president also urged members to support the Aseese project, Nasfat Mosque, stressing that it is the highest project at present.
“This is a large mosque along Lagos Ibadan Expressway. We give kudos to Nasfat Owutu Branch members because this branch right now is more beautiful than Nasfat Aseese,” Olaniyi said.
He therefore appealed to Owutu branch to continue to support the project.
“It shouldn’t be left out. It should be supported,” he said.
The Branch Missioner, Alhaji Khidir Abdulhakeem, commended the commitment of the NASFAT president to making the dreams of the society a reality.
While the Nasfat Owutu Branch Chairman, Alhaji Ojuolape, hosted some of the Zonal and Branch Council of Elders, the Branch Women Affairs Secretary, Alhaja Modinat Ishola, hosted some of the dignitaries from the Nasfat Lagos Zone 1 led by Zonal Women Affairs Secretary, Alhaja Sidiqah Otunbade.
Also at the event was Alhaji Saka, former National Economic Empowerment Secretary.
