The Supreme Court of Nigeria, in a majority decision (5 to 2) has upheld the judgment of the Appeal Court which affirms the rights of Muslims Female Students in Lagos state (and by extension in all states in Nigeria) to wear Hijab to school without harassment or discrimination.
