UN Academic Impact and MCN Millennium Fellowship admission: Saba AbdulBasit wins.
August 13, 2022
Saba Abdbasit Olanrewaju is a Nigerian youth gearing all his youthful potentials and efforts at making Islam, NASFAT and our Nation proud in the international worlds despite a whole lots of challenges and difficulties being encountered by an average Nigerian Youth.
He is such a vibrant, prominent Youth member of Nasrul-lahi-l-Fatahi society (NASFAT) who is very keen about acquiring knowledge and making impact.
Just like he has been keeping the flag flying higher in Lagos State and in the country as a whole. He has just added another feather to his cap, as he scaled through “The United Nations Academic Impact Millennium Fellowship”.
The United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are the brains behind this initiative structured to grooming youths to be responsible to their communities in order to achieve a peaceful co-existence in and around the globe.
In the confirmation message sent to AbdulBasit, it reads and I quote “Dear Abdbasit, The United Nations Academic Impact and MCN proudly present the Millennium Fellowship admission.”
“The Admissions Committee was impressed by your application and those of others on your campus. This is a testament to your vision, leadership, and work. We see tremendous potential in what you can contribute to your peers and this movement, and in turn what you can gain to strengthen your leadership, your Fellowship Project, and the communities you care about. We look forward to engaging further with you.”
The selection process was very competitive with 30,000+ applicants from 2,400+ campuses across 140 nations. Out of 200 campuses worldwide (just 8%) have been selected to host 3000 millennium Fellows in 2022 which Abdbasit is a part of the fortunate ones.
Congratulations we are thrilled that you have been selected as millennium fellow for the class of 2022.
